International Shipping Costs

We offer FREE DHL eCommerce shipping for online orders that are over AUD $200.

Orders under AUD $200 are shipped at a rate of AUD $20 (for DHL eCommerce)

Please note, we are unable to ship to Mainland China but we do ship to Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Within Australia

Orders within Australia are shipped via StarTrack (FPP) or Australia Post Express and typically arrive overnight to most metro areas.Track your local orders here:

Shipping to New Zealand

Deliveries to New Zealand generally arrive within 7–15 business days, depending on service and destination.Packages are delivered in partnership with:

  • EMS – final delivery via New Zealand Post
  • Courier partners for express and priority shipments to metro areas such as Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch.

Shipping to the United States

International orders to the U.S. typically arrive within 6-7 business days, depending on your location and the selected service. Australia Post uses a range of international carriers, including:
